The vast majority of our clients want to pick their own amounts of insurance protection. So we have found companies that will allow you pick the amount of your coverage with varying effects on the way your policy responds at a time of loss.

Would you like the freedom to choose the amount of coverage on your buildings, well below the real replacement cost, and not have the consequences of depreciation or actual cash value during your settlement of an eligible loss claim?

We found several options from various insures to give you this freedom.

The greatest freedom allows you to choose from a wide range of coverage amounts and have all of your eligible losses with replacement cost settlement clauses.

Other options require that you insure your property within 80% or 90% of the replacement cost of property in order to avoid depreciation adjustments at the time of loss.
