How do we construct insurance for your professional office?

Most professional offices are tenants of the buildings they are in. Therefore a starter policy would look something like this:

Contents Coverage
Loss of Use Coverage
Liability Coverage
Medical Reimbursement Coverage

Usually there are some additional coverage forms that you would add to your policy. Many times a small office may be insured in this way for $250 to $350 dollars a year.

Usually additional insurance will be needed such as professional liability coverage otherwise known as Errors and Omissions Insurance (E&O) or Malpractice Insurance.

If you own the building you will need insurance protection for that.

With employees you will need the state and federally required insurance.
