Fall Is Here! As the days get shorter and the weather gets colder, please remember to avoid problems with your heating mechanisms when you need them most by taking action before a problem arises:

• Have a qualified service your homes heating system unit to ensure it is running smoothly.

• Have the chimney cleaned of soot and any bird's that have decided to make their nest there.

• Check the fireplace's fuel, damper and firebox.

These checks seem small and insignificant, but can prevent big fires. Be safe and warm this season!
