Builder's Risk Insurance

FAQs

Who pays for builders risk insurance?

Answer: We are happy for anyone to pay for insurance. Frequently it is the property owner or the commercial tenant that pays for the policy. Not the contractor. The reason is that the policy is designed to protect the value of the property for the owner as well as liability protection for the property owner. The contractor's insurance should also have endorsements to cover the property owner. Call us to discuss and build you the protections you need.
