Frequently Asked Questions

I'm buying a new home. What is the bank going to require of me?

Answer: Many things. More specifically we will need to know what the home will be used for. That seems simple enough, why ask? Well, many times homes are also locations for home based businesses, daycare and farm operations. Each of these are handle differently. Beyond this we will need to know the size and age of the building as well as updates to the building. The type and age of the electrical, heating, plumbing systems as well as a description of the roof with those same details. When a mortgage is involved we will need the exact mortgagee clause. Photos are very helpful, but please do not send photos until we request them, we have a specific list of photos needed.
