What is the difference between a Landlord Policy and a Dwelling Policy?

Answer:

A landlord policy is an insurance package designed to cover the many coverage needs that are unique to landlords, while DP3 or dwelling fire policies are policies that you choose each item of coverage. Additionally, there are varying levels of landlord policies that include various coverage items common to landlord properties; there are also varying levels of dwelling fire policies. As there is no one landlord policy or dwelling fire policy that address all coverage needs of every landlord, and we know that insurance policies can be difficult to understand, contact us and we can help design a policy that satisfies your coverage needs and that you can understand.
