To be eligible for most In-Home Childcare Liability Policies you must:

Be licensed for your operations.

Care for only 1-18 children in a home that live in as your primary residence.

If you have a pool greater than 18 inches deep you must have in completely fenced in, with a self locking gate, and never allow children in your daycare to use it.

Keep animals separate from children at all times.

To be eligible for most In-Home Childcare Liability Policies you must not:

Harbor any dog that is a Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Doberman, Mastiff, any mixed breed with where these breeds are dominant, or any aggressive dog.

Allow children to use any pool greater than 18 inches deep.
