Commercial Buildings - Industrial

Not every insurer will write insurance on manufacturing, wholesale, warehouse and other commercial occupancies not otherwise classified risks.

DRickard Insurance represents many insurers who are interested in commercially occupied buildings. Better yet for you they like the tenant, non-owner, occupied industrial use buildings. The insurers are very interested in the business your occupants are in and very specifically what they are using each building to be insured for.

Requiring your tenant to have a liability policy at least as large as yours is a must for our insurers. Your tenants will also be required to list the property owner, you, our insured, as an additional insured on their policy and you will need to keep a copy of that proof.
