Student Housing

What is student housing? Generally any number of students not living with their parents or gaurdians. However, what your insurer considers student housing or acceptable student housing may differ greatly. Most companies will not allow student housing of any type as an acceptable form of occupancy.

Is the solution not to tell the company about the student occupancy? No, because if there is a loss it gives the insurer a reason not to pay the claim. And you can deal with a insurance fraud issue.
