- Reimbursement for Unintentional Handling of Hazardous Wastes — Any insured with Contractors Equipment or Miscellaneous Property Floater can add this coverage. Provides reimbursement for 90% of expenses incurred to remove hazardous waste when required as a result of being refused entry to a sewage disposal/treatment site for which a permit is held.
Pollution Liability
Transportation of Designated Pollutants — The Automobile Pollution Exclusion can be amended to provide Wastewater Management Insurance Program “bodily injury” or “property damage” arising out of a “pollution incident” which directly results from collision or overturn.
