COMMERCIAL AUTOMOBILE

Liability and physical damage for covered vehicles.
• Auto Business Income — Covers loss of income resulting from the destruction or disablement of covered vehicles.
• Replacement Cost Coverage – Available as an endorsement to your policy, this coverage provides replacement cost loss settlement in place of actual cash value in the event of a covered loss. The actual cash value might not be enough to purchase a vehicle like the one you had.
• Pollution Liability — Broadens your coverage to include accidental discharges of pollutants from
a covered truck.
• Wastewater Equipment Breakdown – Equipment Breakdown coverage pays for many everyday mishaps. Among the most common are physical damage to equipment, short circuit or power surges, mechanical breakdown and motor burnout. Coverage applies to loading and unloading equipment permanently installed in a covered vehicle.

• Additional Coverage Endorsements- Provides coverage extensions at a nominal fee, including:

— Business Income/Extra Expense $25,000

— Money & Securities (on premises) $15,000

— (off premises) $ 5,000

—Plus other important extensions of coverage

GENERAL LIABILITY
• Septic System or Cesspool Inspection and Certification Liability — Provides coverage for damages to a septic system or cesspool which occur after, and resulting from, the insured’s inspection of such septic system or cesspool and certification that it is in proper working order. Various limits are available up to $100,000.
• Reimbursement for Unintentional Handling of Hazardous Wastes — Any insured with Contractors Equipment or Miscellaneous Property Floater can add this coverage. Provides reimbursement for 90% of expenses incurred to remove hazardous waste when required as a result of being refused entry to a sewage disposal/treatment site for which a permit is held.

POLLUTION LIABILITY

Transportation of Designated Pollutants — The Automobile Pollution Exclusion can be amended to provide Wastewater Management Insurance Program “bodily injury” or “property damage” arising out of a “pollution incident” which directly results from collision or overturn.

UMBRELLA COVERAGE

An essential addition to your policy offers $1,000,000 of coverage for qualifying accounts. (Higher limits are available.)
