Office Building

There are many types of office occupancies. Everything from high traffic offices like doctors and the medical profession to private business offices with nearly no traffic. We want them all and nicely so do our insurers. So call us right away with this information:

• Location of property
• Size of the building and what is it made of
• When were the utilities of heating, electrical, plumbing, and the roof updated
• What type of roof
• What type of offices and how much of the building does each take up, also what is the parking and sidewalk area (this information really drives your liability premium costs)
• Having recent photos of the building is also very useful but not needed for a first blush premium indication.
