While having a declaration page from the most recent insurance policy is helpful, it is not needed. The savings may be considerable. We are game to work on anything from a one family rental to an apartment complex with 100+. Our appetite for occupancies include the student housing insurance needs you landlords who are housing the students of SUNY or any of the many colleges thought the vibrant region. A hint, graduate student housing is sometimes cheaper and more generally acceptable than general student housing. Freshmen housing is harder to find.

We have many insurance options and discounts for landlords of almost any type. Take as an example liability insurance. Many landlords have $300,000 or less coverage for landlord liability coverage on 1 to 4 family homes. We notice that the majority of landlords like our $1,000,000 solution since they may only pay an additional $60 - $100 over their current premium.
