                5 or more apartments – Excellent! We are particularly good at finding policies that satisfy owners of apartment buildings. In fact there are special policies and programs available from many insurers we work with.                 Student housing occupies my building – It is hard to find companies that want to write Student housing. Not to worry several of the insurance companies we work with want to insure this type of residential property.                 Some apartments and retail stores, offices, or other business – Ta da! You need mixed occupancy insurance. That should not be a problem. We will need some more information, so let consider your options down this path.
